Gareth Nazer
The brains behind the business—and the original Knight in Knight Alarms! Gary founded the company in 2003 and has been leading the team ever since with passion, expertise, and what can only be described as a lifelong commitment to Wotsits. With an eye for detail that misses absolutely nothing, Gary’s knowledge of alarms and electronics is second to none. Whether he’s designing systems, solving tricky problems, or sharing his wisdom with the team, his dedication to doing the job properly has been the driving force behind the business from day one. Just don’t expect him to share the Wotsits… Gary is dedicated to creating reliable systems that make a real difference..
Mandy
Mandy is the glue that holds everything together—and we’re still not entirely sure how she does it. From finance and admin to keeping everyone in the right place at the right time, she’s our organiser, number cruncher, diary keeper, and unofficial miracle worker. If there’s a spreadsheet to tame, a problem to solve, or a last-minute crisis to avert, Mandy is already one step ahead. Calm, reliable, and always ready to lend a helping hand, she somehow keeps the wheels turning while the rest of us wonder what day it is. Quite simply, without Mandy, the place would probably descend into organised chaos… and that’s on a good day!
Carley
Loud, lively, and powered by what can only be described as an industrial-strength supply of Red Bull, Carley is the beating heart of our workshop. As Gary’s right-hand woman, she builds alarms with precision, keeps projects on track, and somehow manages to keep everyone’s spirits high at the same time. Whether she’s assembling, troubleshooting, problem-solving, or jumping in to help wherever needed, Carley does a bit of everything. If something needs fixing, organising, or energising, chances are she’s already on it—usually at full volume and full speed! troubleshooting, she does a bit of everything.
Amelie may be the youngest of the group, but don’t be fooled—she’s got the wisdom of someone three times her age (without the complaints about sore knees!). With an old head on young shoulders, she’s always ready to muck in, tackle any challenge, and lend a hand before you’ve even had a chance to ask. Having grown up in Ibiza, it’s no surprise that Amelie brings sunshine, energy, and good vibes wherever she goes. A passionate dancer and actor, she seems to run on an endless supply of energy.
